a childhood Cubs fan growing up in Chicago, Leon was destined to a
life in the wilderness. His passion for beauty and the outdoors led

Leon's
first photo sale was to Sierra Club Books for their
1980 Trail Calendar, and his work as a photographer has grown to encompass
adventure travel, editorial, stock and product photography.
Over the last 25 years, Leon's guiding career has included leading
raft, canoe and backpack trips in areas ranging from Northern Minnesota
to the Pacific Coast, and from Mexico to the Canadian Arctic. |
| As
a wilderness guide and professional photographer Leon has the physical,
technical and people skills that make him a very versatile photographer.
Leon is available for assignments. Call or
email for rates and availability. |

"Werdinger
is equal parts Ansel Adams and Edward Abbey, with a dash of Monty
Python thrown in. His images are a tribute to the visual, emotional
and comedic powers of photography."
